Weekday Orders
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding major holidays.
Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be shipped within two business days.
Orders cannot be checked until the following business day.

Weekend Orders
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed/shipped within two business days.

Shipping Charges (within the continental U.S.)
Shipping charges will be applied at the time of checkout. For the contiguous 48 USA states, we utilize UPS Standard Ground Shipping.  For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, we utilize UPS 2nd Day Air as Standard Ground Shipping is not available in those locations.

Shipping to APO/FPO Boxes
We apologize for any inconvenience; however, we do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

Shipment Tracking
Please see our shipment tracking by logging into your “My Account” area and checking the status of your order.

Returns, Exchanges and Damages
We want to make sure all our customers are satisfied with their purchase from Nature Yards.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email service@natureyards.com with your order number and reason for return, within 30 days of receipt.  If the product is damaged, please include a photograph.  You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase, less any shipment fees.  Thank you!
